Forrester’s presents a new summer menu

Feast your eyes on Forrester’s new summer dishes.

We’ve given our Public Bar menu a fresh update to reflect the warmer weather amongst us.

A variety of new summer salads and a dessert have joined the traditional Forrester’s dishes that you know and love. So, if you’re looking for something beyond the classic pub feed, like cheeseburgers, chicken wings, or chicken schnitzel, feast your eyes on our new summer dishes.

We’re talking roasted sweet potato salad with kale, lentil, mint, almond & tahini dressing and fennel & citrus salad with radicchio, chardonnay vinaigrette & buffalo mozzarella. And to finish off, we’ve got a classic Australian dessert, mango and passionfruit pavlova, that you can’t go past.

Diners can still order their favourite pub plates, including the famous Big Yorkie, smashed cheeseburger, butternut squash dip, pepita crunch, our focaccia, but if you’re in the mood for sharing, why not order a few of our new salads to shares with your pub mates.
