Our Spaces
Four spaces under one roof at Forrester’s
Catering to all occasions, explore a unique experience in every room.
Our interiors take you on a journey as you travel through the venue, drawing inspiration from the building’s century-old history and original ‘bones’. The styling varies depending on the room you are in. Public Bar, The Art Room and Upstairs incorporate a timeless colour palette and natural timbers, while Phylli’s is our bright space with pastel hues and lush greenery. The four spaces are tied together by Applejack’s welcoming atmosphere and love of an authentic Australian time.
Phylli’s garden and cocktail bar really comes to life on the weekends where people spill in to enjoy a bottomless bubbles and beer lunch and late-night boogie. The traditional Saloon bar has been revived into The Art Room, a welcoming and cosy nook with a wall mural painted by local artist Pilar Basa, with plush banquettes and windows gazing out to Foveaux Street. Upstairs you’ll find our home for infamous Forrester’s Trivia held every Wednesday, the ever-evolving room transforms into a space for networking and product launches, and team lunches.
Whether you’re meeting a mate for a cold one, organising team drinks, assembling the crew for a long lunch or looking to unwind with a few laughs, make a booking in one of our spaces below and enjoy our fun and energetic atmosphere.
