Applejack are the privileged owners of this iconic pub. We have brought life back into the public house by transforming four spaces under one roof into unique experiences for the community.

The interiors take you on a journey as you follow through the different rooms, drawing inspiration from the building’s century-old history and original ‘bones’. The styling varies depending on the room you are in. Public Bar, The Art Rooms and Upstairs incorporate a timeless colour palette and natural timbers, while Phylli’s is our bright space with pastel hues and lush greenery. The four spaces are tied together by Applejack’s welcoming atmosphere and love of an authentic Australian time.
