Mardi Gras at Forrester’s Surry Hills

We hosted a series of special events for Mardi Gras in February and March, 2025.

Applejack Hospitality is a proud partner of the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras 2025. We’re celebrating over a decade of active support for the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras and the broader LGBTQIA+ community.

Forresters was the place to be, with our epic Forrest(HER)S Ultra Violet Recovery Session, Parade Day Party and bottomless packages every day of the week.

We’re also offered a special cocktail menu with $1 from each cocktail sold will be donated to Rainbow Families, the leading voice for LGBTQ+ families in Australia.

Forrest(HER)s Ultra Violet Recovery Session

As the official Ultra Violet recovery party, we kept the vibes high on Sunday, 23rd February. It was an incredible afternoon of house beats from Sydney’s top DJs, drag performances, flowing Four Pillars cocktails, and bottomless packages.

All Day Bottomless

Our all day Bottomless package was here to slay! Fuel up with a Forries feast in the light filled Phyllis Garden, with favourites from our menu, flowing drinks and good vibes.

Parade Day Party

We enjoyed fun and flirty Parade Day Party on Saturday, 1st March with entertainment, colourful cocktails by Four Pillars, and good vibes all around.
