Mardi Gras at Forrester’s Surry Hills

We’re brought rainbow from 13th February – 1st March for Mardi Gras 2026.

Applejack Hospitality is a proud partner of the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras 2026. We’re celebrating over a decade of active support for the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras and the broader LGBTQIA+ community.

We spread the love all around Surry Hills! Guests joined in for our fun and flirty LGBTQI+ Pitch Your Friends event (5 minutes to convince everyone why your bestie is a catch), epic Parade Day Party, plus bottomless packages every day.

We teamed up with Archie Rose, the official gin partner of Mardi Gras 2026, to shake up some seriously special cocktails. $1 from each cocktail was donated to Qtopia Sydney, the world’s largest centre for queer history and culture.

Forrester’s is a wonderfully safe and inclusive space where everyone was welcome to let loose and celebrate with joy.

Pitch Your Friend: Mardi Gras Edition

We hosted bold, joy-filled matchmaking night created for LGBTQIA+ singles to kick off Mardi Gras on 13th February, 2026.

Bottomless Lunches

Our Bottomless package was here to slay! Guests fuelled up with a Forries feast in the light filled Phyllis Garden, with favourites from our menu, flowing drinks and good vibes.

Parade Day Party

We’re celebrated with a fun and flirty Parade Day Party on Saturday, 28th February with entertainment, colourful cocktails and good vibes all around.
