Public Bar

At the heart of Forrester’s is the Public Bar, an inner-city Australian pub, your classic sports bar, and community watering hole.

Forrester’s Public Bar offers a range of local craft beers and Aussie wines and is the perfect place to catch all your favourite sporting fixtures on the big screens.

With multiple TV’s, a wide selection of beers on tap, a menu of pub classics and wines, Forrester’s is Surry Hill’s go-to destination.

Opting to restore and highlight the pub’s original historic features, Applejack has kept the Public Bar’s exposed Oregon beams, hardwood floors and tri-folding timber sash windows. Adding a bespoke timber back bar to complement period feature lighting, and natural materials such as leather to create a ‘lived-in’ feel.
