Forrester’s X Brix Rum Trail
Enjoy a Surry Hills Rum Adventure at Forrester’s
Forrester’s was part of a rum trail across Surry Hills on Saturday, 25th November.
Brix Distillers celebrated Spring with a Rum Trail that explored local Surry Hills legends. Guided by Brix Co-Founder, James Christopher, and Brix Brand Ambassador, Andrew Walters, attendees had the opportunity to learn about Brix, whilst enjoying a few cocktails and chat with fellow spirit lovers along the way.
Tickets included a bespoke cocktail and rum tasting at 3 partner venues around Surry Hills. The trail concluded at the Brix Distillery with a cocktail and snacks.
Forrester’s showcased Brix’s Mango Rum, crafted with their Sydney Aged Rum, infused with fresh Australian Kensington Pride mangoes sourced at the height of their season. The rum is first matured in Australian red wine casks before being patiently infused with fresh & juicy tropical mango, creating a bold & intense profile with delicate sweetness & aromas of vanilla, honey and peach.
