Nestled in Sydney’s hip inner-city suburb, Forrester’s is a historic tavern with over a century of history as a gathering place. Applejack now proudly owns this iconic pub, revitalising it into four distinct and vibrant community spaces under one roof.

We are after people with a great attitude who don’t mind a chat with our regulars. Experience in a busy bar, pub, or casual restaurant is great, but not totally necessary.
