Sydney WorldPride 2023 Absolut Cocktail Special

Forrester’s  Celebrated Sydney WorldPride 2023 With An Absolut Cocktail Special.

We poured a WorldPride inspired Absolut cocktail special, with $1 of every cocktail sold going to The Bobby Goldsmith Foundation, Australia’s longest-running HIV charity.

Bartender Payge Eminovski represented Forrester’s in the Applejack Hospitality Sydney WorldPride Dragtails competition hosted at The Butler Potts Point. With 6 competitors, each bartender presented their Absolut cocktail, showcasing their inner Drag Queen.

Payge’s inspiration for her creation was the ultimate alcoholic green machine, perfect after a big night out. Our Queens stated that it could “Take the place of a bloody Mary” and that her presentation “slaaaaayed”.
