Forrester’s is serving up a fresh cocktail special starring Casamigos Tequila.

Bar Manager MJ created a delicious summery cocktail for the #Agavecollective, which was available to try during the month of February at Forrester’s.

Casa Del Mangos Ingredeints

Served in a short glass, Casa Del Mangos features Casamigos Tequila and Casamigos Mezcal, whole Mango (including stone and skins), Lime Leaf, Lime Juice, and Agave. Garnished with a lime leaf on top.

MJ, what is the inspiration behind the Cocktail?

“Summer in Australia = Mangoes. You cannot beat this tropical, golden, fleshy stone fruit when the sun is shining and the water is warm. This season, Aussie mangoes have worked overtime to deliver aroma and flavour, so they were the perfect addition to our Summer Margarita. We use the entire mango to infuse our blend of Casamigos Blanco Tequila & Casamigos Mezcal, then add in a touch of lime leaf for added fragrance, you’ll be wishing Mangoes were in season all year round!”
